Do I have to provide an email address?

Yes, an email address is required to receive this rebate. It provides us a way to communicate with you regarding the status of your rebate. Email addresses are always kept confidential.

What are all of the items you need when you register?

Each promotion may have different requirements. Please review the items listed on the promotion detail's page for all of the promotion's requirements. You must submit the required proofs-of-purchase listed on the rebate website. You must also include your contact information and email address. The UPC code and serial number can be found on the product label located on the exterior right side of the original packaging.

What can be used as proof-of-purchase?

You must submit the required proofs-of-purchase listed on the rebate website. You must also include your contact information and email address. Are there any review requirements?

The review screenshot must include your name and match the name on your invoice. Anonymous reviews will not be accepted and unsubmitted reviews will not be accepted.

Do you need to leave a 5-star review?

Your review rating will not affect your rebate request approval.

Do I have to submit all of my proofs-of-purchase, including the review, by a certain time?

All required proofs-of-purchase and requirements must be uploaded by the last upload date indicated on the website for your particular promotion. Rebates have specific valid date ranges for when a product must be purchased and for when all required proofs-of-purchase and other requirements must be uploaded for review and verification.

My rebate is expired. Can I still receive the rebate?

If your purchase was made outside of the qualifying date range, you will not qualify for the rebate. If you attempt to upload your images after the promotion's last upload date, you will not locate your promotion and will not qualify for the rebate. Please ensure you upload all images for your rebate request within the timeframe allowed.

What if I bought multiples of a product with a rebate available? Can I submit the rebate for all of them?

Each promotion may have different limits. Please review the promotion for the specific limits and rules for your rebate. If you purchased multiple products, please register each product separately for its rebate. Each product will require its own review on the retailer's website as well.

How will you know if your claim was accepted or declined?

You will be notified within 7 business days via the submitted email address on your rebate request.

I checked the status of my rebate and it says my rebate is invalid and declined. What does that mean?

If your rebate has an invalid status, it may be due to several reasons such as missing information or proofs of purchase, incorrect purchase date or missing/invalid review. You will receive a non-compliance notification explaining the reason why your submission is invalid and instructions on resubmitting.

How to resubmit your claim if it was declined?

If your submission was declined, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800-953-3098 to email the missing proofs-of-purchase or you can mail in the missing proofs-of-purchase to the address listed on the non-compliance letter. Upon successful resubmission, you will receive a new Tracking ID. Please note that submissions declined due to non-correctable errors (e.g. an invalid purchase date) are not eligible for resubmission.

How long is the processing time?

Please allow 8-10 weeks of processing time from the time your submission is approved to receive your rebate.
